All Products carry a One Year Limited Warranty unless stated otherwise.

Defective or Dead on Arrival products will only be accepted in original resalable packaging.

The Original Invoice and a detailed fault report must be supplied when goods are brought in for warranty claims.

Warranty on Goods are not transferable-to dealers end user clients.

All products will be tested before a replacement is issued.

Warranty goods WILL NOT be released without the original Micropack job card.

Please note : All Defective Products have a 3-7 Days wait before a replacement is issued.

All software, media, consumables and cartridges supplied, have no warranty.

Please Ensure that the Product you purchase is correct !!!

M/Boards, Hard Disks that have been physically damaged and CPUs that have overheated due to incorrect use of fan

will not be exchanged under warranty. Please consult our technical dept. if unsure of the correct fan to use.

AMD and Intel Processors which are Physically Damaged have no warranty-No exceptions will be made.

Printers, Monitors, Modems, Motherboards, UPSs, CDRoms and DVDs will be exchanged with a Swop out unit. The swop out will NOT be done immediately.

Any Items damaged due to Power surges, "Brown outs"/ Lightning will NOT be exchanged under Warranty.

According to ISO 13406-2 standard LCD monitors that have less than Five Dead Pixels will not be swopped out.

All Prices are exclusive of VAT.

All Orders NOT collected within 3 (three) working days will be regarded as cancelled.

Computer Systems for Assembly must be paid for in full before being assembled.

All Prices quoted are for Cash Notes or Bank Cheques Only. We do not accept Personal Cheques.
